Feminine Wisdom Practices for Navigating Intense & Uncertain Times
As we walk through this collective, social and personal shift and intensity, it's just too easy to get tweaked out, turned around and twisted up by the chaos, uncertainty, and mass of information coming at you. What we need much more than information, are practices and perspectives that can keep us centered, calm, and clear... and places to settle and re-set our mind, body AND heart & spirit.
That's why I'm creating these Stay Harmonized sessions for people in my community + those they love and lead. It's an offering from my heart to yours ... I'll create the space, share practices and wisdom, so we can stay harmonized on the inside. Even as the chaos moves around us, we'll be prepared to rise.
